Susan Yingling, B.S. Marketing Communications Coordinator

Ms. Yingling has worked in a variety of capacities for both the Director and International Program Manager for the North American Resource Center for Child Welfare (NARCCW) since 1998.  She assists on NARCCW affiliate projects including the administration of the Pro Humanitate Literary Awards, Freshman Focus training, and ongoing marketing and developmental projects.  From 2004-2011, she assisted in editing the APSAC Advisor, a quarterly, multi-disciplinary newsletter published by the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children (APSAC).  Ms. Yingling also coordinates Supervisory Core trainings for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP), and edits the Common Ground trainer newsletter. Ms. Yingling’s previous work experience includes fourteen years with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in both an administrative and investigatory capacity.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication and Marketing from Franklin University.
