Ms. Quigley came to the Institute for Human Services (IHS) in 2003 as a student intern, and after graduation joined IHS staff as Evaluation Project Co-Manager for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP).
As primary developer of survey processes and instruments, and data collection methodologies, Ms. Quigley utilizes web-based design and processes to provide data for OCWTP planning. She also designs and implements project-specific evaluation tools for all program areas, collects and analyzes evaluation data, and prepares statistical reports. In addition, Ms. Quigley has contributed to the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children (APSAC)Advisor’s quarterly newsletter.
Prior to her employment at IHS, Ms. Quigley was a research assistant for the National Council on Crime and Delinquency. She holds a Master in Social Work degree from The Ohio State University.
