Ms. Landrum joined the staff of the Institute for Human Services (IHS) in 2010. She assists with technical concerns, workstation maintenance, and general administrative support.
Before coming to IHS Ms. Landrum was a learning administrator at Ashland, Inc., training users on the Learning Management System (LMS) and performing system troubleshooting. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Rio Grande and is currently working toward a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from Kent State University.
