Ms. Noe became an Administrative Assistant for the Institute for Human Services (IHS) in 1996. She maintains the training database for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP) and initiates trainer contracts, tracks training workshops and generates monthly payments to trainers.
Prior to working for IHS, Ms. Noe provided administrative support for the Vice President of Ohio Dominican University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from The Ohio State University.
