Ms. Sparrow is an Assistant Training Coordinator in the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP). She has initial contact with new trainer candidates, coordinates statewide training initiatives and the annual OCWTP Trainer Conference, and serves on the Cultural Competence Task Force.
Prior to her employment with IHS in 2000, Ms. Sparrow was a legal secretary for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and an Administrative Assistant to the Ohio House of Representatives Speaker, Vern Riffe.
